Mine aren’t quiet at all. Not the loudest earbudsI’ve had but definitely not quiet.

Please try again later.If you know that the earbuds are at full volume by going through the tapping sequence, which came with the items, then you should check the volume on your device. I have used these buds with my Windows 10 computer, after purchasing a Bluetooth dongle, which was extra, and have used them successfully with my iPad. I did have to boost my iPad's volume all the way up, though.
