A:Answerif they wont connect at the same time, put them both in the case and tap them 7 times at the same time and wait a second and they should connect. then you can pair them to your device
A:AnswerThey do but sometimes I feel the microphone can be too sensitive meaning the person you're speaking too might not be able to hear you perfectly well due to the microphone picking up other surrounding noise.
A:AnswerYou might have a bad pair, after all that attempts to pair them I think I return them to the store and try a different pair I have never had a problem pairing my earbuds and I have had several from the company
A:AnswerYou need to pair them with the bluetooth setting on your phone. Go into settings on your phone and click on your bluetooth setting and then click scan. Once it finds your item it will ask you if you want to pair and say yes. Also make sure to search and see if these are compatible with an S8+. Go on the Best Buy app and you search these ear buds & search compatible items by typing in your brand of phone and it will give you a list. Good Luck
A:AnswerIts got a good charge and can be used for gaming but if you're looking for "great quality sound" i would recommend a headset otherwise these are a good cheap option.
A:AnswerNo; Al, the JLab GO Air POP bluetooth wireless earbuds do not have ANC (Noise Cancellation. I know that it is a typo but you said "Nosie" Cancelation ... HAHAHA!
I wish it did have Nosie Cancelation - Then my nosie girlfriend wouldn't hear what I was saying to my buddy on the phone / end up saying something embarrassing in the backround when I am on the phone to my friends (Like that I still wear ninja turtle underwear. OMG - I hate her for that! I still get teased.)
If you want ANC at this price point I think there might be a model of Jabra earbuds that ANC for around $30 (not sure about your local BestBuy).
I didn't really see anything below for BestBuy's suggestions in this form. I couldn't see a page for the Altec Lansing - NanoBuds ANC ...so I don't know the price.
Sorry that I couldn't help more. Good luck, Al.
