Q: QuestionWhy don't they turn off when I return them to the case? They keep connecting to my phone when I'm trying to connect to my other bluetooth speakers even though they're in the case and are secure. I clean the case and buds before I put them.

• A:Answer I have the same problem, sometimes not always. Normally I just go to my Bluetooth settings and turn them off and they do shut off. Whenever I go to use them again they automatically connect.

• A:Answer My earbuds came charged so I could use them right away. When I am not using them, I keep them in their case and keep the entire unit plugged into a USB port. I have used them for as long as 4 hours at a time, with no problem, but I thinks the specs suggest an even longer use time to be available.
