How do u connect both of the earbuds ? null

Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together. 1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case 2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device, and turn Bluetooth off 3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 7x quickly, one at a time 4. Choose which bud you want as your dominant, and remove that bud alone. After a few seconds, you should see blue/white flashing lights. 5. remove the remaining bud from the case, wait until you see a solid white light. 6. Turn Bluetooth on, and pair them to your device. If this doesn't fix the issue please reach out to our customer support team for help. -JLab Audio

They automatically connect once removed from carrier either alone or together.
