“Is there a reason these will not charge to 100% ? I have placed in the charging case and plugged into a USP outlet several times including over night but the ear buds never get to a full 100% charge. Always says "Battery Medium,"”

• JMJ614, My JLab JBuds Air Executive TW Black earbuds were doing the same thing, luckily I bought the extended warranty and Best Buy just swapped them out.

• I thought the same thing, they only last 6 hours at a time, then you have to put them in the case, the case does not have to be plugged in. You get the 30 hours that way. I thought it was 30 hours straight, I still like them.
