try it on a different device if they work fine then its your phone if not it might be the buds but i personally haven't had that issue with the buds on and thats being used on 2 different phones(zen phone 5) (nokia g50. (nokia is nolonger a good brand saving for zen phone 9 ) ) a mp3 player labtop and raspi 4
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It robably IS your phone. I don't have that problem. The right "bud" begins the PAIR. Your device needs to be on the right side. The right "bud" is used for your phone. You probably know that, but in case you don't.
