A:AnswerYou can have them connected to 2 devices however not simultaneously. You're required to turn off whichever device you already have paired or be far enough from it that the headphones aren't able to connect so that they enter pairing mode. Just take them out of the case and they should enter pairing mode so that you can find them on your Iphones list of available devices.
A:AnswerI wear glasses and wear an mask and earbuds, they fit but you most definitely have to get use to wearing all that on your ear. It was uncomfortable at first then it gotten better
A:Answertry it on a different device if they work fine then its your phone if not it might be the buds but i personally haven't had that issue with the buds on and thats being used on 2 different phones(zen phone 5) (nokia g50. (nokia is nolonger a good brand saving for zen phone 9 ) ) a mp3 player labtop and raspi 4
