QuestionWhen I pair my headphones, they work for about two minutes then randomly say "Good bye". When I can only get one earbud to work it stays on much longer. I am not sure why I am having this issue.

- Answer Sounds like they’re both are not charged. Make sure the right is in the right charging pod. And make sure the pod is charged also. The pod charges the buds.

QuestionWhen you're charging the case (and the ear buds are in it) does it not charge the ear buds at the same time? I noticed it doesn't charge my ear buds. Just wanted to confirm that's just the way it is and mine aren't defective.

- Answer If the earbuds are in the case they should be already charged while in case. If you plug in charging case it would just charge the case only oh, I believe they are not defective oh, that's the way they are

- Answer I do not believe so. From what I have read the right ear is the main earbud with the bluetooth. The left earbud just connects to it.
