QuestionAre these noise canceling and do they protrude from the ears? I need earphones to sleep in as my wife snores like a chainsaw. I’m a side sleeper and the Bluetooth ear buds I have smash my ears when I am sleeping.

- Answer Their is noise reduction when wearing them. I use them at work to sleep on my break while listening to music. I sleep pretty well without any interactions. They do stick out a little but not enough to bother you.

QuestionCan you turn off the light in the pod itself?

- Answer I don't believe you can(I haven't found a way too) . The light comes on when the earbuds are charging, it ahuts off when they are done. I turn them over when I charge them at night on my nightstand. The lights are not very bright sonif you have any other decices charging with LEDs you wont notice these. That said you can put black electrical tape over the leds to block the light if you needed to

QuestionI read in one answer that the earplugs take approximately an hour to fully recharge when placed in the case. Is this true or does it take longer..?

QuestionMy left earbud will not charge when I put it back in the case! I will put the earbuds back in the charging case and they will both begin to charge, but a couple of seconds later, the left earbud stops charging. Is there any way I can troubleshoot this?

QuestionMy earbuds are paired to my Surface Book & my Samsung phone. When I close my Surface Book/put it to sleep & put earbuds in their case, I can't then connect them to my phone later. I have to go open the Surface & manually disconnect from it first.

- Answer The instructions indicate you can only be connected to one device at a time. I’ve found that you cannot easily switch between two devices without going through the disconnect step in settings. If someone knows a trick please post.

QuestionHow long are these supposed to last? I've had mine a year & they are messing up. They'll be in the case & still connect to my phone & other audio devices. Meaning I can't hear calls & have to disconnect the earbuds to listen to music on other devices.

QuestionPurchased to wear for extended online work meetings/webinars, tested on two different windows 10 PCs & unable to get the microphone working. I was able to connect via bluetooth and output works but it will not work for input. Help before I return please!

- Answer Hi Stace, unfortunately I had the same problem and after trying multiple pairs and taking both my laptop and the earbuds to geek squad twice they were unable to explain what was happening. It is likely a manufacturing incompatibility between the earbuds and windows systems because the earbuds work fine with other devices and other earbuds work fine with the laptops. I upgraded to the Skullcandy earbuds for $10 more and found much better results there.

QuestionCan I go to sleep with one playing while the other is charging and then switch them as the one I am using dies?

- Answer Yes. I have used them together and separately with success. I listen to podcasts or music until I drift off to sleep. When I wake up, the bud is still there. Reasonably comfortable, too. I have had one bud die and the other continue playing before. Just put it into the charger and move on. Works fine. I don't use the buds for telephone conversations, though. Microphone doesn't work very well. Not a problem for me as I bought them for music and podcast listening, not phone calls.
