- Answer They are pretty light. I've used them for running and working out and you don't really feel them. Not sure about your other question, but I've never had connectivity issues.

- Answer Usually, I am using the buds to watch videos on my phone so I just use my phone to adjust. The right bud turns volume up. Press the button once. Left one turns volume down. You can get a operating instruction on the JLab website

QuestionI have some Jlab headphones but the left doesn't work like i can't hear or when the right headphone says earbud join. However it stills work by say goodbye or hello and it stills blinks white but when i turned it on. Why is this happening?

QuestionMy Jlab sir sport elite right earbud has no lights on it. It feels real hot as well. Just stopped working while I was on a run. Followed all the reset protocol and can’t get right earbud to light. It’s never been hot like this.

- Answer Make sure the case is fully charged with the buds in correctly. (Approx. 3 hours) The buds will light up when in case. Give that a try.
