- Answer Don't know what to say about your question, I just received mine within the last month, they are working just fine, if they quit working in a year or two I would just buy a new pair, don't know if that would help but lifetime on these type of devices is something I don't think I would be concerned about. Just my opinion...……..

QuestionHow do you activate the microphone? I was in a meeting on zoom and no one could hear me I pressed the little button on the wire but it did not work. I don't know if I have to keep it pressed while I am talking.
