The micro-usb connector for charging will not go all the way in to the headphone charging port fro charging. If you push hard, the internal circuit board attachment will break off. So, it won't charge any more. I don't know why the company made the design this way. It happened to my son. I opened the headset part after looking in to the you tube and realized this. The headphone is great, but why the company did this little stupid design ? I hope your case is not related to this issue.
