- Answer I bought these for my father to use with a tv. I bought a blue tooth transmitter and plugged it into the tv. My father is in his 70s and hasn’t had any trouble with connection and also says these are very comfortable.

QuestionWhen I paired the headset with my TV's Bluetooth, it worked but the sound was garbled quite a bit of the time. I checked the headset with my phone and laptop, it worked great. If I added a transmitter, would that help even though I have Bluetooth?

QuestionMy headphones stopped charging, we opened up the place where it charges and we don’t know where the battery is. Any ideas?

- Answer The micro-usb connector for charging will not go all the way in to the headphone charging port fro charging. If you push hard, the internal circuit board attachment will break off. So, it won't charge any more. I don't know why the company made the design this way. It happened to my son. I opened the headset part after looking in to the you tube and realized this. The headphone is great, but why the company did this little stupid design ? I hope your case is not related to this issue.
