“When I paired the headset with my TV's Bluetooth, it worked but the sound was garbled quite a bit of the time. I checked the headset with my phone and laptop, it worked great. If I added a transmitter, would that help even though I have Bluetooth?”

• Hey there, a transmitter may help. The reason why the sound is not great from your TV maybe caused from the bluetooth version that TV supports. If you get a transmitter that supports bluetooth 5.0 it may improve. -JLab Audio
