“I'm looking for a head set that will magnify TV, Stereo, radio sound. Have to have devices up to loud to understand what they are saying. Will this work. If not, what do you suggest on the inexpensive side. Not interested in spending a lot n this.”

Spend more money. This set has poor sound quality. I was disappointed.
