• It comes fully assembled and I use it with my DJI Osmo and it works great super sturdy and very handy

• Yes, it should be completely pre-assembled. There’s also a disposable black cap which keeps everything in place in the box.

• It is already assembled and the only thing that is detachable is the mount which is pretty handy. There's a push button in the back of the mount and it slides out pretty easily..
