• No. My G7X MKII is what I would say is the limit for this tripod. In all honesty, it’s best for an action camera like a gopro

• I don't think that would be a problem...The unit is STRONG, yet easy to maneuver/adjust. Try it, if you don't like it or it doesn't meet your requirements, you have 14 days to return it.
