Hello Ed. I had a similar problem a few days ago. The internet was having issues and the thermostat disconnected from the modem. During that time the "Outside" temperature was not showing. I went into Settings->General->Wifi->Forget this network. I added the Wifi network again and that fixed the problem. Try it and let me know if it worked. Good luck.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As best I can tell weather conditions are taken off the internet (based on the address when you set up the thermostat). Is you thermostat still connected to your WiFi? My best guess is that it no longer has access to the internet and can't retrieve updates. Good luck.
