“My thermostat was installed February 2020 with Amanda furnace. Today it’s locked up screen. Tried shutting off power to system for 30 seconds but nothing changed. Furnace seems to be working to original program. What can I do to reset touch screen?”

Turn the power breaker off to your thermostat for one hour. That is what I do when my screen freezes.
