• You can use any brand or any type you want except breakfast sausages; for that you need to buy the machine for smaller sausages. Johnsonville has one.

• Obviously they want you to use their brand sausages considering it's their name brand grill, however, the simple answer is that if the sausages can fit properly, they will cook properly regardless of brands.
