QuestionDo the cat walk or move?

- Answer The cat does not walk. It is in a laying down state. It does however, rollover, raise its paw to wash, and moves its head. It does meow and purrs, very lifelike sound.

QuestionHow do I get the “ Joy for all” cat to raise it’s paws and roll over. Have had it on for 10 min, and nothing I touch seems to elicit this behavior. Should I return it? Please ask the manufacturer.

- Answer you have to pet it where the sensors are so it progresses into that mode. Once it does pet the exposed belly and it will be easier the next time

QuestionI ordered for my mom on 4-6-20. Mom loved it. After a week, it died. Batteries tested = good. Put new batteries & still dead. Returned to store. Refunded 89.99 + tax. Went to reorder online & now 109.00 + tax! Why??!!!! Should get to replace for same $

- Answer Be real. If you'd replaced it immediately, maybe you wouldn't have to pay more. But prices now are much higher than prices then. You are not exempt from inflation
