“How do I get the “ Joy for all” cat to raise it’s paws and roll over. Have had it on for 10 min, and nothing I touch seems to elicit this behavior. Should I return it? Please ask the manufacturer.”

• you have to pet it where the sensors are so it progresses into that mode. Once it does pet the exposed belly and it will be easier the next time

• It's movement depends on where and how you stroke it, just like a real cat. Mine even bends back so I can scratch its tummy. Don't return it, learn it.
