“I bought this for my son christmas 2019. Love it but we spend more in batteries than I did on this pup. I wish there was a way to charge it. My question, we constantly brush him but fur still mats. Is there a way to make the fur look new or clean again?”

I use two sets of rechargeable batteries 1 set inside dog and 1 set charging! The fur, I use foam on fur just a little wipe around to soften fur NO rinse gently comb out hair! Maybe tangle free hair lotion just between forefingers and thumb on areas that tangle. Another option is a little powder through hair! Find out what Mattel suggests on their baby dolls! Enjoy your pup! They are a lot of fun!
