You can get your heart rate up, it could be a very useful game for fitness. especially if played with your children.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is not a dumb question at all. Dancing is a cardio work out and I wear my Apple Watch and it counts my exercise and move activity. Also depending on the songs and difficulty of the song and moves it can accelerate your heart beat. There is a sweat version mode and there are songs specified to be sweat version compared to their regular dance moves. Such as the song “summer” really gets you moving as if you’re working out. Hope that helps. I use it as exercise for my kids since we’ve been in quarantine.

In Sweat Mode, a calorie counter will help you keep track of calories you've burned. There will be an indicator next to the songs' titles to show you how intense of a workout they may be. :)
