“How can you tell when charger has gone bad?”

• You can tell your charger has gone bad if it: 1. no longer charges your phone 2. will intermittently charge your phone (meaning it will start charging but stop randomly) If you plug the cord in and your phone charges, then it works fine. Some cords charge faster than others, so just because it charges slowly doesn't mean it's messed up. The USB adapter you plug into might also not be strong enough to charge the phone quickly. If this is the case, try using an adapter with a higher amperage.

• You can test it on other phones and if they don't charge, it's gone bad.

• I’ve owned one of these cords, and have had to throw it out two times now. Each time the device just doesn’t charge.
