Does this work for an iPhone 8? null

I have an iPhone 8 and I would get a message that it’s not supported. I never returned it because of the pandemic. I haven’t had any luck with charging cords that weren’t from Apple or that come with the phone. They may work for a short time and then say it’s not supported
