It should fit your truck. It may require some modifications behind the original radio. I installed a JVC double din in a 2001 GMC Yukon and they had to trim some of the plastic in the back of the dash but everything fit and worked like it should. I just installed this radio in my 2011 F150 Platinum. You can enter your vehicle info on the product page and it will tell you if it will fit. Double check with Geek Squad or Crutchfield is another good source to verify fitment.
