“Hello, I have this unit installed on my car, but there are certain button that are greyed out such as Climate Control, Vehicle Information, Gauges. What would I need to get these to work? Attached is an image. Thank you”

Idatalink is necessary for the features at an additional cost. Check BestBuys for which link works with your auto if it works with your auto at all. That upgrade is not compatible with my auto. Hope that helps.
