“I have a 2011 Honda Accord Coupe. I would like this to replace the current old screen at the top of the dash and keep the existing controls (air temp, fan, etc) on the dash and steering wheel. Also getting rear camera. What do I ask for for a clean look?”

If I understand the question you want to replace your current screen with this screen which according to my research can not be done. There is a small screw between the unit and the screen connect that allows the screen to display at all. The installer at my Best Buy was very helpful explaining the unit possibilities.
