• Yes, it will play music via bluetooth from all smartphones. It also has a built in pandora setting, spotify, and i heart radio, functions. Not sure how those work yet tho.

• All you need is your charging cord. There is a plug in on the bottom left hand side. When plugged in it plays your downloaded music.

• Yes, as long as he has Bluetooth and can connect to the radio. 3 of my family members connect with it via Bluetooth (iPhones).
