yes it does n for Fit on Mitsubishi will need a bracket n will need to double check the dimensions as well n will need the complete kit with antenna n wire harness n if u have stering controls u might want to buy that as well thats optional too n if your ac is with factory stereo they sell aftermarket bezels that allow you to install aftermarket equipment
