“I have a 2017 Mustang Ecoboost which is compatible, but my current car has 3 inch back up camera. With this installed, will the backup screen now show on the full 6.8 inch screen? Thank you”

As long as they connect the factory camera input to the JVC it will show on the screen. I had to have a camera installed on my 01 Yukon that originally did not have one. The camera display is nice and it has the parking guidelines that are adjustable.
