• Unfortunately I gave this as a gift so I believe it doesn’t need steering wheel buttons. The car is a 2009 Lincoln town car.

• No you don’t have to purchase the Steering Wheel Control medial adapter if you don’t have a 3rd party controller on the wheel. Just use the remote
