• you can but for video to work the parking brake has to be on so you can't watch videos while the car is moving

• You can play a DVD on the radio. The only video allowed would be your Carplay maps or Android Auto maps. The mirroring feature might let you do some video, but this is limited to the phone and applications you are trying to see.
