“Does the radio fit into a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 din slot? The specs on Dodge's web site say that the din is 1.5 for 2012 Ram 1500. I know the din is 2 on JVC's, but is there room for will the dash have to be modified to make fit or is a kit available?”

This did fit into my 2012 Ram 1500. There is a kit but there will not need to be any alterations, Honestly it did take a few tries to find the right one. we could not get the JVC with a CD player in it.
