“why is this not listed as a cd player”

• I dont know why, but it does have a cd player. I own this unit.

• Don't know! But it plays CDs just fine. Even tried a CD that my son burned. No problems...

• Unfortunately, i have realized by shopping at best buy that there are so many inconsistencies in the description. This is unacceptable. I have bought so many products where i had to really question if it has everything listed. So make sure that you really do your research before you purchase something. This stereo i wanted to buy but wasn't sure if it has a cd/mp3 capabilities. No where in the description of the product mentions cd capabilities while in the picture you see clearly a slot for CD and eject button. So i am glad a came across this question and that someone confirmed that it has CD capabilities. Can it play also MP3 cds as well? thanks
