does this have built in mic for ph calls null

It does have a mic. It’s not built in to unit but it gets installed. Ours was installed on drivers side roof near the sun visor. It’s a small mic almost don’t notice it. All wires are hidden.

It has a mic that is attached to a wire that u can place wherever u want

I have no idea. It hasn't been installed as of yet. Wouldn't be something I'm interested in. Sorry
