Will this fit in a Honda civic hybrid 2003 null

I don't see why not as long as you can get an adapter to fit your 2003 Honda for this type of radio. This is a 1 DIN radio. I would expect an adapter to be available from Best Buy or other Internet sources. You may want to search "car stereo" for a better definition of DIN. Aftermarket car stereos are typically offered in one of two Heights, referred to as DINs. This radio is a 1 DIN radio; however you may be able to install a 2 DIN radio into your Honda, it would just be taller.
