This work on a Samsung smart TV Q LED 60 null

The headphones are intended to be used with a Bluetooth phone or tablet devices. When pairing the headphones to anyone of these devices the phone for instance would see the JVC as a device and agree with the pairing. I would advice to check with the TV company on what options for Bluetooth your TV has.
