“Unit was charged light went out , Unit will not turn on”

• No suggestions. I have had three sets that did the same thing. I purchased two at one time - one for work and one for home and one stopped turning on within a few weeks. I thought I had overcharged it and bought a third set. As of today, I have none are working. Very disappointed as I really liked them.

• Try cleaning the contacts on the head phone. They get oily from contact with hair.

• Please hold power button on the unit on the rt. Ear bud for approximately 3secs. Hope it turns on. A blue light will indicate that it is on.
