“Every time I charge my headphones, I plug them in and the red light comes on like it's supposed to but goes off after a few seconds, but they aren't charged. How do I get them to actually charge? tried many different cables including the one it came with.”

• Jelliefish, I am sorry you are having problems. Please check to see if the wall wart (Plug in charger) is 5v and 1.2 amps or greater. After the charging if you hold the button down for 40 seconds or so does the light falsh blue and red? Please let me know.
