Be sure you have the right ear bud on the right side. The one with the volume control is for the right ear. Make sure the small hole is towards the front and the rounded part is towards the back of the ear. The covers, nozzles can get turned around. I wear the cord in front most of the time, although it will also work well going behind your neck. You my have to press the ear bud a little more firmly into your ear.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I honestly do not feel that that is possible because they are too big for the average person's ear. You should not need a manual on how to insert earbuds correctly or comfortably. They may just be too big for your ears as well. That is why I returned mines. I hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They have a couple choices of ear bud pieces sizes and they are very soft, comfortable and shaped very well to stay in place even when a little dancing or head banging is called for!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Please first try both size tips. For most people the tip will slide gently into your ear canal with the smallest part of the tip angled forward. With the correct size tip it should also stay in place without any need for frequent adjustment.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.slide the nozzle into your ear, angled at like 45 degrees down, then once it's held in the cup of your ear, rotate the bud upwards until the nozzle settles comfortably into the ear canal. i've had a few earbuds that has similar nozzles, and the slide and twist generally secures them well.
