QuestionMy headset includes an extra set of cushions, however these are the same size as the ones that came installed on the unit. Description states "2 pairs of ear tips (small, medium)". Should I take them back to get the small cushions, or is this a misprint?

- Answer you might have gotten two of the same sizes but the default size that is on the headphones is the smaller size. I got the larger size and I have small ear canals so even with the small size it can be rather difficult to fit them in my ear

- Answer Try charging it overnight, and then hold down the power button for at least 7 second. You will see it keep blinking red and blue. Get into your device and choose "forget this device (the JVC-HA)". Turn off the bluetooth on your device (phone) and then turn it on again. This time tap on JVC-HA to choose it. Your wireless ear phone will work again. Hope this can help.

QuestionWould you recommend these for gym wild having the phone it's paired with in locker? How far do you need to be from the phone?

- Answer No, I would not recommend you do this, not many Bluetooth headphones can go that far depending the distance you're talking about. I know your pain, I'm using my Samsung Fit which I wear on my wrist and I pair it to my Bluetooth headphones. you might want to invest into a smart watch that can stream Bluetooth audio to headphones.

QuestionI turned it on and the sound that comes up when you power them on was cut off and now when i plug it in, no light comes on. Ive tried different usb and tried turning on off, letting them charge. Are they really broken???? Anything i can do???

- Answer As silly as this sounds blow warm air where you connect the headphones to charge. When it's cold out it takes longer, when warm out it takes less effort. I couldn't get mine to turn on, I do this and they work...go figure.

- Answer The RCA tablets I see online all use the Android operating system, so buy the "Bose® - SoundTrue® Around-Ear Headphones II (Samsung and Android)" version for your granddaughter. The other version, marked "IOS" has a controller for Apple phones and tablets. The IOS version would be fine for listening, but the controller won't work.

QuestionWhen I hold the ON button down, it turns on with a blue light, then blinks red to blue over and over and over until I turn it back off. While it's on and blinking, it doesn't connect. How can I fix this?

- Answer The first time you use the headphone, you need to pair it. That's the red/blue blinking mode. After that, please only hold the button down until the light first comes on. Then you will get sound. If you continue to hold it down and it starts blinking red/blue, then it is in pairing mode again, and will not connect normally.
