• Only if your television has bluetooth sound output. I doubt it does, but check your sound menu on the TV.

• If your TV has Bluetooth. If it isn't a new TV, probably not. If not, something USB dongle enabled would be better.

• Yes they can be used to watch TV only if you have a blow to television

• These can definitely be used for watching TV if your TV has a headphone jack They are not wireless. You may need to also purchase an extension cable in order to reach from your TV to your seating location. In my case, I have a Roku 4 box that provides a headphone jack right in the remote.
