“My earbuds used to hold a charge great, but I charged them last night and they are now dying. I plug them into my portable charger (it worked before), but the red light shows up for only 5 seconds and then nothing. I check, and they are still dying. Help?”

My first thought would be to try a different charging cable, if that has the same result then I would guess the battery is finished taking a recharge and gave up the ghost. It may be time to browse the site a bit...
