• I never had that problem. Maybe you need to take them back

• It sounds like your headset isn't connect over bluetooth. You will need to pair your device to your headset, or unpair, and then pair. This procedure varies by device.

• make sure your ear buds are connected to a Bluetooth device. when the headphones are not connected to anything, they will continue to beep
