When I try to play any audio, my earbuds make a beeping sound that won't stop. It's fully charged, so I don't think that's the problem. Any suggestions on how to fix this? null

It sounds like your headset isn't connect over bluetooth. You will need to pair your device to your headset, or unpair, and then pair. This procedure varies by device.

make sure your ear buds are connected to a Bluetooth device. when the headphones are not connected to anything, they will continue to beep
