“I turned it on and the sound that comes up when you power them on was cut off and now when i plug it in, no light comes on. Ive tried different usb and tried turning on off, letting them charge. Are they really broken???? Anything i can do???”

As silly as this sounds blow warm air where you connect the headphones to charge. When it's cold out it takes longer, when warm out it takes less effort. I couldn't get mine to turn on, I do this and they work...go figure.
