“I've only used my headphones once, then I turned it off. When I tried to use them again it wouldn't turn on. I've been trying to charge it but the red light won't come on to let my know that it charging. I wanted to know what I am doing wrong.”

Have you tried holding the button until the light flashes? You may have to reconnect them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The light will not come on when it's fully charged. Hold down the button on the side until you hear the little indicator beep that's it's on. The tone goes up for on and down for off. Hope that helps.
