“I have 2 pairs and neither will charge. Tried multiple plugs and different wall units. Tried resetting. Any suggestions? Thanks”

• This headset uses a standard micro USB. Did you try holding down power to turn on headset? (Light doesn't emit if fully charged).

• If you have tried resetting them (hold center button for 15 seconds while plugged in) and still have dead headphones, you are out of luck. Buy any other brand but stay away from JVC. They only make garbage.
